The funeral profession has a long and proud history of personal service provided by families with deep roots in the local community.  Some of the oldest, continuously operated businesses in the country are family-owned funeral firms.

Today, large international corporations attempt to take advantage of the good will and trust built up over many decades by acquiring family-operated funeral homes.

Remember that not every funeral home in the Greater Springfield area is owned and operated by the family name on the sign. You can be assured that Staab Funeral Home has remained the same since the beginning.
